Prior to becoming a Search Consultant and Recruiter, Liz had an agency career, based in both the US and Europe with leading roles in account management, new business and general management. 

Liz began her career on the agency side in account management with a spike in New Business.   Liz ran New Business for Young and Rubicam New York in the late 90s and was part of the winningest new business team in Y&R’s history.  Liz then moved to London to oversee growth across all McCann-Erickson’s WorldGroup companies in The UK (advertising, direct, PR, design, media and digital).  She was then promoted to Chief Marketing Officer of McCann-Erickson, responsible for the largest agency new business operation in Europe.

Since becoming a Search Consultant in the mid-2000s, Liz has lead 25+ reviews.  In her capacity as a recruiter, she has also recruited Chief Marketing Officers, as well as Corporate Communication leaders into agencies seeking to elevate Agency Awareness and New Business leads.    

Liz’s thoughts about the marketing business, agency resourcing and securing talent have been widely published in publications such as Advertising Age, AdWeek and Crain’s Business.  In addition, Liz has been a keynote speaker at the 4As annual conference on The Future of Talent, and Structuring for Growth.
