As Y&R’s Chief Creative Officer, North America, Leslie drives creative vision for the region’s top clients, including the U.S. Census and the U.S. Navy. Additional clients include Pepperidge Farm, Optimum’s Altice, Special Olympics, Xerox, Office Depot, Pfizer, Sanofi and the Miss America Organization. 
 
Her work has been recognized with Cannes Lions, Clios, Webby Awards, ADC, One Show, ANDYs, ADDYs, LIAs, Communication Arts, and a Gold Jay Chiat Award. She was selected as a Cannes Lions film judge in 2016 and Glass Lions judge in 2017. Leslie has been named to Adweek’s list of top 10 CCOs in the U.S., and to Business Insider’s “Most Creative Women in Advertising.” Most recently, Leslie took the stage at Cannes Lions to speak on “Redefining Miss America in the Age of #MeToo.” 

Leslie also created one of the most famous brand icons, the “Easy Button,” for Staples and led the launch of Nature Valley “Trail View,” a digital preservation platform for the US National Parks that garnered numerous accolades.
